Michelle is a registered yoga teacher at the 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She received her 500 hour Hatha Flow/Yoga Therapy certification from Sabrina Castaneda of Atha Yoga and Pilates in Dallas,TX and 200 hour certification with Shannon Caldwell of Purple Lotus Yoga in McKinney, TX. 

She is excited to share the benefits of this quiet, calm and very accessible form of yoga!  Her goal is to bring yin yoga into the mainstream as a commonly accepted complimentary treatment for chronic low back pain and other stress related pain.  It is also great for anyone wating to improve overall flexibility and range of motion.

    Activates the "relaxation response" in the body - bringing balance to the autonomic nervous system

    ently stimulates and stresses the joints, deep connective tissue and fascia of the low back, hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders

    Frees up fascial restrictions in the body -  elongating, nourishing and stimulating the connective tissue (joints, ligaments, tendons)

    ompliments your active stretching and exercise routine.
